Brick Packaging takes pride in shipping your order as quickly, safely and as cost-effective as possible. In stock orders that are confirmed by noon will ship same day if requested. Please let us know if you would like a delivery appointment, if you do not have a forklift, or if you have any other special delivery needs so we can select the best carrier for your delivery.
Unless otherwise noted on your order confirmation, shipping quotes are based on deliveries to commercial addresses only as determined by freight carrier. Customer is responsible for unloading product within 15 minutes of arrival. Brick will not be responsible for re-delivery fees or any other accessorial charges including liftgate, inside delivery, appointment, limited access, or residential delivery fees that are not included on your order confirmation.
Shipping dates provided by Brick Packaging are approximate only. Brick Packaging shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense (consequential or otherwise) incurred by purchaser. If Brick Packaging fails to meet specified delivery dates for any reason, including without limitation, any delay caused by the product being held for clearance by any export or import authority, weather delays, or force majeure, such as fire, flood, strikes, or other unforeseen events causing a reduction or stoppage of production by Brick Packaging. Brick Packaging may allocate production and deliveries among its customers. If guaranteed delivery date/time is required, please inform your sales rep and we will provide a quote based on your request. Additional charges may apply.
