Ordering Products

  • How long does it take to get a price quote?
    Customers can create and view price quotes immediately through the Brick Packaging website. (www.Brickpackaging.com). You can also request a verbal quote or an emailed quote from a member of our sales team. Full instructions located on our Requesting a Quote page.
  • What is the normal lead time for an order?
    In-stock orders that are confirmed by noon will ship the same day.  Please let us know if you need expedited or guaranteed delivery. Additional costs may apply.
  • Are there any price breaks for larger orders?
    Yes. There are price breaks for certain products and these will be shown online when placing an order on our web site. Our sales team can also provide pricing information for large orders. There are tremendous freight savings opportunities for ordering glass in quantities of 12 pallets or more.
  • How do I order samples?
    Samples may be requested on the Brick Packaging web site. Click on the product you are interested in and then click on the request a sample button. Follow the request a sample process.  You can also request samples by contacting your customer service representative. Full instructions located on our Requesting Samples page.

 


Payment Options

  • What methods of payments are accepted? How do I order samples?
    Forms of payment include: E-Check (preferred) Check, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Bank Wires and all four major credit cards. Credit cards accepted at time of purchase only.
  • Are Debit Cards Accepted?
    Yes. Visa and MasterCard Debit Cards are accepted at time of purchase. If using a debit card please notify your customer service representative to avoid additional holds on checking account funds.

 


Delivery and Shipping

  • Where will my bottles ship from?
    Brick Packaging has strategically placed warehouses throughout the U.S.  Your product will ship from the nearest warehouse, based on availability:
  • Denver, CO
  • Grand Junction, CO
  • Des Moines, IA
  • Indianapolis, IN
  • Traverse City, MI (Main Office)
  • York, PA
  • Is there a minimum dollar amount or order quantity for shipping?
    No. However, certain products do have minimum order quantities (i.e. bottles packaged by the case or pallet). Please contact our sales team for more information. Most of these items will tell you the minimum quantity if you click on the cart (i.e. add 1 bottle to your cart, then view your cart, a pop-up should tell you if there is a minimum quantity order requirement.
  • Does Brick Packaging ship internationally?
    Brick Packaging ships mainly within the US.  However, we are able to work with your freight forwarder to coordinate international shipments.  Brick Packaging will not be responsible for any duties or customs fees.  Please contact our sales team if you have a special request.
  • Can I arrange and/or pay for my own shipping?
    Yes. For parcel shipments your account number is required.  For freight shipments, please let your Customer Service Representative know if you would like to provide your own Bill of Lading (BOL) or have the carrier bill you directly.
  • Can I schedule a specific day/time for my delivery?
    Yes. For LTL freight deliveries we can request that the carrier contact you directly to schedule an appointment prior to delivery.  Please note this may add an additional day to the transit time and may also result in additional fees.
  • Are delivery dates guaranteed?
    Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We have carefully selected our transportation providers and work closely with them to ensure timely deliveries. If guaranteed delivery date/time is required, please inform your sales representative and we will provide a quote based on your request.
  • Do I need a forklift?
    No, our extensive LTL network includes several carriers equipped with liftgate trailers to accommodate customers who do not have a forklift. Please let us know if you do not have a forklift so we can request liftgate service on your delivery. If liftgate service is required but not requested and the carrier arrives, they will be unable to deliver your product and redelivery fees may apply. Brick Packaging will not be responsible for these redelivery fees.
  • What if I cannot accommodate a full-size semi for my delivery?
    No problem, we’ve got you covered. Please let us know in advance and we can arrange to have your order delivered on a smaller truck. If limited access service is required but not requested and the carrier arrives, they will be unable to deliver your product and redelivery fees may apply. Brick Packaging will not be responsible for these redelivery fees.
  • What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
    Please refer to our damage policy.
